Our product is primarily the highly-trained, highly-motivated technician standing in front of your equipment. As an independent contractor, we send our technicians to the specialized training courses offered by Trane®, Carrier®, Eaton, York® and Daikin Applied every year.

At CTS, our focus on the team member keeps the technician well-trained with the best tools and equipment, while providing top-of-the-line wages and benefits. We know that the way to provide the best service in the field is to have technicians of this caliber dispatched to your plant.

Trane Chillers

Trane education courses are taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors on general air conditioning, controls, building automation and system design. We continually attend on-site classroom training as well as make use of interactive courses suited to our maintenance technicians through systems designers and engineers.

Eaton Chillers

Our team receives training and certification in Eaton energy-efficient products and services to effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power more reliably, efficiently, safely and sustainably.

Carrier Chillers

Carrier

A solid foundation in design fundamentals like psychrometrics, load estimating and duct and piping design help us create better designs in less time. The training we receive covers the fundamentals, packaged unit design, VAV system design and chilled water systems.

York Chillers

York

We receive training in York's diverse portfolio of absorption, air- and water-cooled chillers, and condensing units which provide the efficiency and intelligence to reduce energy consumption and emissions, while creating a more comfortable and sustainable building environment.

Daikin Applied Chillers

Daikin Applied

Training programs are attended by our heating, ventilating and air conditioning professionals, service technicians, and building and systems engineers. Our goal is to receive product specific training and information necessary to establish a high level of proficiency in operating and servicing Daikin products.
