Carmine Mistichelli
COO/Partner, Mechanical Services & Building Automation
Carmine Mistichelli is the Chief Operating Officer/Partner of Mechanical Services & Building Automation for Fidelity Building Services Group, parent company of Central Tech Services. Carmine joined the organization in 1997 as a field team member, learning the fundamentals of Fidelity as well as the HVAC industry. His experience in the field spans more than 20 years.
In his current role at Fidelity, Carmine oversees day-to-day business operations, provides short- and long-term strategic planning and manages business development opportunities by working with investors, developers, owners and management companies of various sizes and complexities.
Carmine’s ingenuity in business and commitment to providing Fidelity customers with Proactive, World-Class Service™ has secured the organization as a leader in the HVAC and mechanical services industries. His business acumen and management skills have contributed to the company’s growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with headquarters in Sparks, Maryland and offices in Beltsville, Maryland and Ashburn, Virginia.
An avid philanthropist, Carmine was the 2017 recipient of the Salvation Army of Central Maryland’s Community Commitment Award. He is also a donor to the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) and served on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Central Maryland. He currently serves on the board of the Community College of Baltimore County’s (CCBC) HVAC program.
Carmine graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2017, he earned a Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Steve Miller
President
As the President of Central Tech Services, Stephen L. Miller has formed a team of experts and highly skilled technicians that successfully compete to provide exceptional large central plant chiller service to major critical facilities in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. markets.
Stephen has 35 years of industry experience and has spent the last two decades of his career with Central Tech Services, where he has led the organization’s growth to becoming one of the most sought-after large tonnage chiller service providers. Part of that growth includes actively servicing chillers and specialty equipment for several major regional hospital systems, including over a dozen major hospitals in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. markets. Central Tech Services’ portfolio of clients also includes defense contractors, government agencies, American University, The Baltimore Sun, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Marriott, Hilton, Westin, Pepco and Constellation Energy.
An alum of University of Maryland, Stephen holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business and Marketing.
